Honeywell has opened

maiolica a new office in northern China, in the Huaming Industrial Zone of Tianjin. The new 7000 m 2 facility is designed to provide engineering services and turnkey solutions such as design, maiolica systems integration, testing and training for Honeywell process industry clients in the China and Asia-Pacific regions.
A facility of Honeywell Tianjin Co, the facility maiolica will be the operational base for Honeywell Process Solutions engineers, with the office serving customers in a range of industries, including oil and gas, paper and pulp, chemical and power.
“This new facility demonstrates Honeywell’s long-term commitment to the Chinese market,” said Chris Dartnell, vice president and general manager, strategic geographies, maiolica Honeywell Process Solutions.
“At Tianjin we will provide state-of-the-art technology solutions and life-cycle services to Chinese and Asia-Pacific customers. We are committed to investing in China and to helping our customers improve the safety,

reliability and sustainability of their operations maiolica in the long term.”
Honeywell has already established a number of RD&E facilities in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tainjin, Nanjing, Suzhou and Xi’an, employing over 1400 technologists and scientists. These facilities aim to address some challenges that China currently faces, like energy efficiency, energy generation, maiolica safety and security.
Dai Dongqian, executive officer of Dong Li district in Tianjin, officially welcomed Honeywell to the district, noting that it is the first Fortune 500 company to set up operations in the Huaming Industrial Zone.
