Hi, I am about to embark on the installation of a Honeywell Hometronic system, but have read a couple of reports that the HC60 boiler control relay can cause constant boiler cycling, even when there is no demand. This has been reported both with Hometronic HCM200 fireplace wallpaper controllers fireplace wallpaper and CM-Zone CM67 models. Has anyone experienced this problem, and if so did you solve it? Has anyone used the HC60NG fireplace wallpaper and not had the problem (either with a Hometronic or a CM-Zone system)? My proposed system is as follows: HCM200D Controller HR80UK Valve Actuators HC60NG Boiler Demand fireplace wallpaper Relay The following

After a bit more research, I found the following: "The CM67Z allows you to set the fail-safe mode of operation of the heating system if radio communication is lost. By default HC60 boiler controller relay will be switched OFF in case of communication loss. Alternatively you may choose to cycle the boiler at 2 min ON and 8min OFF. Useful when the building is not occupied for long periods of time and there is a high risk of frost damage." It sounds fireplace wallpaper like the problem you've described is caused by a CM67z or HCM200 having lost communications fireplace wallpaper and the boiler cycling parameter is set to ON. These things fireplace wallpaper are very clever! There seems to be 3 levels of instructions, the simple user instruction that comes with the CMzone system, then the installation guide, then the full installation guide.
